The end of the summer means the dawn of a new era. We give you two new debuts: our new Head Chef, Eric Michael and our newest beer partner, 4Hands Brewery. The Chef has prepared a four course menu to compliment the beers for 4Hands, who will be here to cheers you along the way.

Amuse Bouche: 
Chilled Peach Soup, Peach-Poblano Relish, with 4Hands Single Speed Session Foam




First Course: 
Pan Seared Gulf Shrimp, Tasso Ham Creamed Corn, Okra, Pickled Serrano, Yukon Frites, Crystal Beurre Blanc with 4Hands Contact High




Second Course:
Pork Cheek Risotto
Ale Braised Pork Cheek,  Barley Risotto, 15 Minute Quail Egg, Tuscan Kale, Pecorino Romano with 4Hands Reprise Red Ale




Third Course:
Cast Iron Strip Steak, Beer Battered Crispy Shallot, Root Vegetable Salad, Smoked Wild Mushroom, "Beer"naise with 4Hands Chocolate Milk Stout




Dessert Course:  Stone fruit bread pudding with citrus crème angel aisle, beer soaked raisins, sweet potato granola and morning glory
